Mindfulness hikes through the changing seasons

Experience nature with yoga, breathing and meditation exercises

 

On this nature experience, you will hike consciously through the wonders of nature in a small group. Nature therapist and mindfulness hiking guide Gabriele Arzdorf will accompany you. Selected and simple exercises from yoga will help you arrive in your body, in nature and in the here and now. Feel, smell and look intensively and leave your often hectic everyday life behind you.

Most of the hike takes place in silence so that you can consciously perceive and feel the wonders of nature.

Our tip: consciously experience how nature changes in every season by booking the same route at different times of the year.

Info & Notes

Duration: approx. 3 hours (incl. tea break and yoga exercises)

Price: 22 euros (reduced rate for culture and guest card holders 20 euros)

Maximum number of participants: 12 people

Please bring along:

  • Clothing suitable for the weather (ideally long trousers, as you will also be walking through tall grass)
  • Sturdy shoes
  • A small seat pad for the picnic (jacket, seat cushion etc.)
  • Small bottle of water

Hiking guide Gabriele Arzdorf will provide tea, glasses, fruit and biscuits for the picnic.

Please note:

  • Please do not bring dogs. Other participants may be allergic or afraid. In addition, the event is designed for you to be with yourself and not be distracted by a dog, for example.
  • Please download or print out the tickets before the event, as the internet connection in the forest can be poor.

You can choose from 3 different routes (Route 1: Ramersbach, Route 2: Köngisfeld, Route 3: Landskrone/Lohrsdorf).

About Gabriele Arzdorf:
  • Born in 1970 and grew up on a farm in Sinzig-Koisdorf
  • Married and mother of 2 sons
  • Certified hiking guide since 2015, specialising in nature, landscape and health hiking
  • Course leader for forest bathing since 2020
  • Nature therapist since 2023
