Our two holiday apartments "Kleines Resort" (ground floor) and "Kleine Oase" (1st floor), newly completed in 2025, offer around 37 m² of modern living comfort, stylish ambiance, and lovingly designed details – each with a spacious outdoor area for relaxation. Located in the heart of Bad Neuenahr, centrally on Ahrstraße 10 yet quiet in the courtyard, you will enjoy comfortable living in the middle of the action: shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the banks of the Ahr can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Parking spaces for cars and options for long-term parking can be found about 300 m away, while there are parking spots for motorcycles and bicycles directly in the courtyard, and you can charge E-bikes for free. Sustainability is important to us: our holiday apartments meet the highest climate and material standards, with optimal insulation, soundproofing, and climate-neutral district heating. Experience Bad Neuenahr with its two faces – the vibrant city and the romantic Ahr valley with its wineries, the red wine hiking trail, the Ahrsteig, and the unique landscape.
