Status as of December 2023:

On 7 December 2023, the city council decided that the flood-damaged Ahr thermal baths should be renovated on site. The next step is to draw up a renovation and future concept for the thermal baths. The starting signal for the renovation work is expected to be given in spring 2025. The thermal baths should once again become one of the most attractive visitor magnets in the Ahr Valley.

We look forward to a redesigned thermal spa in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler when the motto is once again:

"The moment when your body is enveloped by warm water, when everything becomes light and you float, as it were - pure relaxation!"
