Kurpark on Ice
Ice skating fun in Bad Neuenahr Spa gardens
From 28 November 2025 to 11 January 2026 , the Kurpark will once again become an ice skating arena: young and old are invited to skate and curling on a 450 square metre ice rink under the title "Kurpark on Ice". If you don't have your own skates, you can hire them on site. There will also be a small selection of drinks including mulled wine and children's punch.
Together with the shore lights that start on 5 December, a unique Christmas and winter world for all generations is created in the Spa gardens.
Expected opening times of the ice rink:
Mondays to Thursdays: 3-7.30 p.m.
Fridays: 3-9 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve: closed
25 and 26 December: 13-19
Between the years (27 to 30 December): 11-21
New Year: 14-19
Curling is possible from Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 8pm.

Stroll along romantically illuminated works of art, sample high-quality mulled wine and regional specialities, browse for a high-quality gift or souvenir, listen to an atmospheric concert, lace up your skates for the ice rink or simply sit back and watch the Christmas hustle and bustle: The Uferlichter 2025 will transform Bad Neuenahr's Spa gardens into an atmospheric winter wonderland for all generations with an attractive cultural programme.
The Uferlichter will not only be open on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Advent weekends (Fridays to Sundays), but also "between the years" from 27 to 30 December 2025 and also on the weekends of 2 to 4 January and 9 to 11 January 2026.
