The focus is on consistently natural cultivation of the vineyards. Fertilisation is exclusively organic, and insecticides and botryticides are completely avoided. In order to continue the regional concept in the cellar, the winery has had barrels made from local Ahr oak for several years.Whether Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder or the "Wingrut" gin matured in wine barrels - every product stands for care, craftsmanship and regional identity.
