The Wein-Wiesenwirtschaft on the idyllic favourite meadow in the vineyards will be open again in summer 2025. Above the winery, in the midst of unspoilt nature, visitors can drink, taste and buy wines and enjoy a small, changing selection of culinary delights.

As with the wines, the Wiesenwirtschaft also stands for the joy of creative design, the courage to experiment and a passion for cooking. The resulting dishes and food variations stand out from the usual offerings of an ostrich tavern and are only served when they stand up to the critical palates of the family.
