At the award-winning restaurant Steinheuer, which is among the best in Germany, a cuisine of the highest refinement awaits you. Patron Hans Stefan Steinheuer describes his philosophy as follows: “I want to bring together things that are made for each other, but not stage opposites.” Head chef Christian Binder interprets this vision with modern lightness and enhances the dishes with flavors from local gardens. The perfect wine pairing and warm service are provided by host Gabriele Steinheuer, sommelier Désirée Steinheuer, and their attentive team.

Our guests also enjoy the stylish lounge with comfortable leather armchairs, a library, and a fireplace – an ideal spot for an aperitif or digestif. Discover our culinary culture shop featuring exquisite oils, balsamics, homemade specialties, and selected products from Steinheuer's kitchen.

For events of up to 50 people or meetings of up to 15 people, exclusive rooms and the Gaggenau cooking school are available to you. We are happy to provide personal advice on individual arrangements and conference packages.
