The Ahrweiler Tourist Information Centre is located at Blankartshof 1 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and has the following opening hours:

Monday to Thursday 10–12 and 13–16
Friday 10–12 and 13–17
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 10–15

The Tourist Information Centre in Ahrweiler is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
