Kottenborn Chapel

Wershofen

With a unique distant view. east of Wershofen

 

The Kottenborn Chapel is located east of Wershofen.

It was built in 1892 and houses images of saints who are particularly revered in agriculture: St. Bridget and St. Donatus.

From the square in front of the chapel, there is a fantastic view over the hilly landscape of the High Eifel with an unobstructed view of the striking Aremberg, the highest mountain in the Ahrgebirge, which towers imposingly above it.
