The Feltenturm viewpoint is impressively enthroned on the Mühlenberg above Sinzig. With a tower diameter of three metres, a height of 11.25 metres and a total of 58 steps up to the platform, it offers visitors an unforgettable experience. The five metre wide viewing platform offers a unique panoramic view over the Rhine Valley, the Ahr Valley, the Hellenbach Valley, the Harbach Valley and the town of Sinzig. Since its inauguration on 30 April 1972, the Feltenturm has been delighting hikers and day trippers with its spectacular views. Right next to the tower, the catered Cäcilia hut invites you to stop for a bite to eat, and the 7th stage of the AhrSteig runs very close by - ideal for an eventful hiking break.
