In the spa gardens of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

 

Look forward to the yoga season

2025, which will take place outdoors again from 4 April, weather permitting, against the unique

backdrop of the spa gardens.

Twice a week, the spa gardens will once again be transformed into a yoga oasis - Fridays

at 3.30 pm and Sundays at 9 am.


 

Yoga experience is not required. Wearing comfortable

clothing and bringing a yoga mat is recommended.

<p>The course is suitable for both young and old, for beginners and advanced

advanced, for residents and guests alike.


For anyone who enjoys exercising in the great outdoors, "Yoga in the Park" can

to more flexibility, balance and harmony for body, mind and soul.

The course fee is €8 for one hour of yoga in the park.

 

For holders of the Culture Card (annual pass), participation is free of charge (please register in advance via the ticket shop). Guest card holders

can take part at a reduced price of €4.

Meeting point (10 minutes before the start of the course) in front of the

Tourist Information Centre in the Kurpark.
