Flat circular tour with two Rhine crossings. From Sinzig with the ferry in Kripp to Linz am Rhein. Continue to Bad Hönningen and take the ferry to Bad Breisig and back to Sinzig.

The route begins at Sinzig Castle. From there, the route follows the Ahr along the Ahr Cycle Path to Remagen-Kripp. The ferry takes you to the right bank of the Rhine to Linz am Rhein with its historic marketplace. Via the Rhine Cycle Path, it continues to Bad Hönningen. A visit to the old town here is also worthwhile. The second ferry takes you back to the left bank of the Rhine at Bad Breisig. Passing the spa park, the route follows the Rhine promenade along the Rhine Cycle Path back toward the Ahr estuary. Shortly before the estuary area, the Ahr Cycle Path branches off towards Sinzig. The Barbarossa town offers many opportunities for a culinary conclusion or a small snack at the end of the route.

Die Tour beginnt am Sinziger Schloss. Von hier führt die Strecke über die Ahr entlang des Ahrradwegs bis nach Remagen-Kripp. Mit der Fähre geht es auf die rechte Rheinseite nach Linz am Rhein mit seinem historischen Marktplatz. Über den Rheinradweg geht es weiter nach Bad Hönningen. Auch hier lohnt sich ein Besuch der Altstadt. Mit der zweiten Fährfahrt geht es zurück zur linksrheinischen Seite nach Bad Breisig. Vorbei am Kurpark, über die Rheinpromenade führt die Route über den Rheinradweg zurück Richtung Ahrmündung. Kurz vor dem Mündungsgebiet zweigt der Ahrradweg Richtung Sinzig ab. Die Barbarossastadt bietet viele Gelegenheiten für einen kulinarischen Ausklang oder eine kleine Stärkung am Ende der Tour.
